Job Description:

1. Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations
2. Make plans, elevations for the projects
3. Prepare and modify plans
4. Coordinate with business development team
5. Coordinate and handle process of approval
6. Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage
7. Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines etc
8. Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback
