Urgent Requirement for Designer | Bechtel Corporation | Senior Designer | Civil | 5 years | New Delhi

Job Description:

1) Proficient in use of Tekla, SP3D, Microstation, AutoCAD, Tekla, Frameworks to prepare design and construction drawings. Draw clear, complete, and accurate detail drawings based on design inputs, sketches, field notes, and verbal communication.
2) The designer must interpret and implement technical direction received from engineers, technologists or other supervisors and work independently to develop clear and concise drawings that will be checked by an engineer prior to being completed and issued.
3) Prepare material take-offs and preparation of material lists.

4) Knowledgeable and capable of working in excel, word and other material take-off software.

Basic Requirements: (Candidates must meet all basic qualifications to be considered)

1) Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting and Design Technology certificate from ITI/CTI.
2) 2.5+ years of experience in SP3D and/or PDS and/or Tekla and/or AutoCAD and/or Microstation
3) Minimum five years of work experience in Design office of an EPC company.
4) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

- Previous Drafting experience
- Willingness to accept field assignment on projects anywhere in the world.
