Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the project team and will be responsible for the followings and possess the following skills: 

1) Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, project engineers, Superintendents) 

2) Develop programming for new spaces and building requirements with internal customers and work proactively with development team to deliver the project. 

3) Working knowledge of contract with general contractors, architects and engineers 

4) Develop RFP's for proposed scope of work 

5) Develop a basis of design for future facility projects. 

6) Develop project scope requirements. 

7) Develop detailed project costs and schedules. 

8) Design layouts with alternative options compiled, option development. 

9) Competitive bidding and vendor capability analysis. 

10) Develop POs, review contracts, and manage construction. 

11) Provide timely and accurate project reporting to management 

12) Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Company policy 

13) Project close out. 

14) Customer Move In, obtain final buy off from customer 

15) Ability to identify and resolve complex issues 

15) Ability to create and support team morale 

Preferred Qualification: 

1) Bachelors in Architecture or BE in Civil Engineering Diploma in Civil/Architecture Engineering.

2) Requires 10+ year of experience
3) Manager must demonstrate knowledge in civil engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management.
4) Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
5) This career requires analytical and mathematical skills, quick thinking, and a solid understanding of the main principles of engineering, construction, and architecture. A successful project manager should also seek out available professional development and continuing education opportunities
