Job Description:

1. Responsible for execution of turn key transmission substation (up to 765kV) projects throughout the entire project management life cycle consists of five Project Management Knowledge Areas: Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Executing, Project monitoring and controlling and project closing.
2. Responsible for complete cost and revenue cycle and for project during the project and close out of project by maintaining the cash flow of project.
3. preparation and maintain project procurement and construction schedules
4. Responsible for the submission of request for information to customer.
5. Act as the main point of contact for projects and facilitating conference calls, coordinate meetings, scheduling updates, submitting deliverables, and addressing outstanding 'open items' as requested by customer.
6. prepare and maintain weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead documents
7. Review and monitor job costs versus budgets.
8. Report directly to management team
9. Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards and statutory requirements
10. Other duties as assigned
11. Review and monitor project finances with an objective to maximize financial efficiency of project.
12. Understand Contracts thoroughly, uses this knowledge to negotiate and utilizes terms and conditions to GEs advantage.
