Job for Project Manager in a fast growing civil construction company executing landmark building projects spread across Mumbai Metropolitan Region,

Job Description:

1. Selection of formwork system for the various low rises, mid-rise and high rise projects.
2. Solving technical problems of on-going projects 
3. Providing formwork solution for wall, column, Slab etc.
4. Develop cost-effective formwork solution for a variety of concrete projects based on various formwork systems like Doka, RMD as well as conventional on the basis of available materials. 
5. Making presentation for the Clients on selection of formwork system.
6. Fabrication of special parts for the project
7. Follow up with the formwork companies for the offer / quotation and drawings.
8. Preparation of Detail drawing/execution drawing relating to the project. 
9. Guiding Junior Engineers & trained them on various formwork System
10. Making comparison statement between various formwork systems.
11. Developing new products as per the requirement at the project site. 
12. Making design calculation of formwork system for wall, column and slab and as per the client requirement.
13. Project Study: Study the project details and client requirement pertaining to structure type, cycle time requirement etc.
14. Formwork system selection: Plan and advice the best suitable formwork system in order to meet client requirements.
15. Training: Train the project staff once the project is awarded.
16. Technical assistance: Provide the technical assistance to the project staff during execution
17. Knowledge of Formwork design Good Knowledge of Autocad, Staad Pro & Formwork Design
