Job for Deputy Manager-Construction in Lodha Group India's premier real estate developer having a wide range of residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Thane, Pune and Hyderabad.

Job Description:

1. To deliver the tower/cluster within budget, quality assurance standards, as per program and to stringent safety parameters.
2. To provide accurate and timely reporting of progress against the program.
3. To plan the program of day to day resource requirement and communicate these to the construction team.
4. Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery.
5. Monitor subcontracts and subcontractors
6. To direct and supervise planning and construction activities on site
7. Achieve milestone dates.
8. Should have executed residential building project/s.
9. Should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of various engineering disciplines including planning, QS, QA/QC, materials, plant and equipment, formwork, falsework, scaffolding and shoring.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of disciplines.
11. Ability to manage contractual arrangements.
