JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Design, manage, execute and maintain Lowe's Companies, Inc. building projects in India as per specified timelines and within approved budgets. 
2. Interact with vendors, contractors, to ensure implementation of all project plans and schedules, safety systems, quality systems and schedule tracking systems at site.
3. Interact with consultants, engineers for inspections, audits, design clarifications, project closeout issues, etc. and implement at site through the vendors and contractors.
4. Check tender and construction documentation, site execution and management, preparing bills, rate and cost analysis, advance planning & reconciliation for material & labour.
5. Execute civil and interior works including brick work, flooring, plumbing, sanitary, structural, pre-engineering buildings, interior fit-outs & furniture, HVAC ducting, false ceiling, lighting, fire-fighting, etc.
6. Perform daily operational maintenance inspections of the facilities/office areas. Continuously update snag list and effectively resolve all engineering and maintenance related issues within office premises.
7. Periodic review of service level agreements with vendors, timely renewal of equipment AMC's, vendor management including finalization of scope of works/service agreement SLAs and commercial negotiation.
