Job Description:

• Candidate should have sound knowledge and cross functional experience in complete range of Civil, Interior, MEP, Fire Hydrant, Smoke, CC TV Access Control etc. activities related to infrastructure works of buildings 
• Undertaking technical and feasibility site investigations.
• Developing detailed work programmes.
• Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles.
• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals
• Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management. 
• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients
• Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems, trouble shooting 
• Managing budgets and other project resources
• Having knowledge of using computer-aided design (CAD) and project management.
