Architecture Jobs For Architect in one of the leading top builders in Mumbai
Job Description:

1. Coordinate with Site construction team, Design & Municipal Architect along with Structural and other consultants for smooth, uninterrupted, and continuous pace of work 
2. Work closely with the Architects ( Design and Interior) and keep a track of various stages in design drawing 
3. Analyze quotations of contractors and submit the same for approvals
4. Coordinate and follow up with consultants and other relevant stake holders for resolving issues/tasks pending
5. Working on Budgeting, Costing, issuance of BOQ, appoint Contractors, Purchase material order as per company's Standard Operating procedures
6. Maintain and update MIS reports and other relevant reports
7. Periodic reporting to the Management 
8. Report any abnormalities to the Management.
