Job Description:

1. Overseeing design and construction management at site, preparing working plans, detail drawings from rough/detailed sketches & notes and coordinating activities & personnel.
2. Should be able to prepare shop drawings.
3. Steering the creation of conceptual & schematic architectural designs including plans/layout plans their elevations, etc. and interfacing with clients for approval of the same.
4. Developing concepts for external facade, interior detailing and integrating the same with structural finish; responsible for drafting of drawings - elevations, sections floor plans and layout plans.
5. Discussing design ideas & creating designs for various projects in compliance with development regulations resource.
6. Overseeing preparation of project proposals, design basis & standardization guidelines.
7. Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works. 
8. Coordination with consultants, client and site engineers.
9. Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
10. Progress tracking of various works and quality checking of works done.
11. Must be capable of leading team of Engineers, foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently. 
12. Conducted several trainings at site level on Finishes for Engineers & supervisors.
13. To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
14. To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures.
