POSITION:- Logistics Coordinator -16/GG030001

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

  • Coordinate the logistics with external suppliers to ensure uninterrupted delivery and receipt of raw materials.

  • Coordinate the logistics between Ras Al Khair and Um Wu’al to ensure uninterrupted delivery and receipt of intermediate products.


  • Keep track of relevant inventories to prevent stock-out of the relevant raw materials and intermediate products.


  • Prepare periodic reports reflecting volume, status, and plans relating to the receipt and delivery of raw materials and intermediate products.


  • Prepare periodic analysis reports comparing current performance with a measured reference such as Business Plan, Budget, or Forecast, whichever may be most applicable.


  • Keep abreast of latest developments in logistics relevant to his area of responsibility.


  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.


  • As applicable, ensure that all aspects pertaining to environment, health, safety, and energy efficiency are taken into consideration in the performance of duties.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualification:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management OR University Degree in Industrial Engineering


Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the supply chain function of a fertilizer manufacturing plant or equivalent


Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written/spoken English
  • Extensive computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

POSITION:Economics Analyst / Engineer



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

  • Analyse the business environment in terms of new risks and opportunities and its impact on MPC economic viability


  • Conduct economic evaluation and endorse Capital Expenditure Requests for senior management approval


  • Assess and monitor MPC business model economics


  • Contribute to the development and management of strategic scenario plans for medium and long-term economic and revenue forecasting


  • Develop, improve, and/or maintain forecasting models, systems, and procedures, as appropriate and/or required


  • Coordinate and prepare Economic and Financial outlooks as required


  • Prepare cost reports, information and presentations as required


  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior


  • As applicable, ensure that all aspects pertaining to environment, health, safety, and energy efficiency are taken into consideration in the performance of duties


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


Qualification:
  • University Degree in Finance/Economics OR
  • University Degree in Engineering with post-graduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent


Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a fertilizer manufacturing plant or equivalent


Skills:
  • Mathematical Modeling
  • Fluent in written/spoken English
  • Extensive computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)




POSITION:-Systems / Business Analyst

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Maintain a library of MWSPC business systems


  • Ensure availability and accuracy of business systems documentation.


  • Develop templates that will facilitate diagnostics of business systems.


  • Prepare status reports of all MWSPC business systems.


  • Conduct a periodic review of business systems to assess/evaluate performance and effecitiveness of the
  • system in place.


  • Keep abreast of latest developments in business systems relevant to MWSPC.


  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior


  • As applicable, ensure that all aspects pertaining to environment, health, safety, and energy efficiency are
  • taken into consideration in the performance of duties


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • University Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering
