Job Description:

• Planning & Execution of Mechanical / Electrical Works.
• Ensuring the norms of quality of construction.
• Responsible for retention & behavior of the time.
• Training the team to enhance the skills according to project need.
• Using scientific tools & tackles to analyze the variation from the budgeted target.
• Ensuring construction as per approved plan & drawings well within the time limit.
• Ability to carry out updating compliance and prioritize the work as per the project task.
• Responsible for coordinating with other department team members and contractors/vendors in managing desire resources.
• Coordinating project consultant, contractor & client to achieve the work on time as per scheduled plan.
• To maintain the optimum construction cost within targeted budget.
• Coordination with other departments for resource availability.
• Giving Technical Support to purchase department for developing vendors & procurement of material.
• Key focuses on finishes & time scheduling.
• To review the risk involved in construction work with taking proper safety measures and
• preventive action in order to control the risk.
