Job Description:

• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting
• Preparation of project plan & project budget 
• Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources.
• Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
• Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
• Monitors construction schedule
• Preparing Cash Flow statement
• Preparing work schedule
• Rate analysis & Costing
• Providing construction methodology and segmental methodologies
• Time cycle Analysis and submitting variance report feedback to project site
• MS project Schedule updation & to know critical path & feedback to project team.
• Should have experience in Planning of Infrastructure projects
