Job Description:

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the sales development & profitable growth of MRS Division within divisional targets & objectives.
• You will be responsible for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for MRS.
• You will need to prepare, define & execute the Strategic Business Plan & Marketing and Operational strategies in line with Divisional and CC directives
• Drive Service Operational Efficiency, by ensuring optimum utilization of resources across the CC
• You will be expected to provide dynamic leadership to the team to optimize deliverables for all three verticals of MRS Division (Parts Marketing-Operations-Technical Service)
• Management, development and empowerment of existing marketing, sales & service teams via clear and transparent communication so as maximise outcome.
• Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share, customer share & consolidated profitability.
• Work seamlessly with SED-ADS-URE BLMs so as promote MRS as a package with Capital Equipment and make MR offering First in mind and First in choice for existing customers and future prospects.
• Develop close relationships with key customers
• Support the AC Groups vision "First in Mind, First in Choice" by contributing continuously to the Customer Value and a Customer Care driven culture
• Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment in your domain including Workplace, Refurbishment Centre, Training Centre and Sites where we have Service Agreements .
• Ensure that "The Way We Do Things" & "Business Code of Practice" is followed.
• Work closely with the division in order to support all activities and actively participate in current and future developments
