• Preparing of Steel and painting work checklists
• Preparing of measurement book
• Man power management
• Preparing of daily and weekly reports
• Interact with clients
• Preparing of Sub contractor billing
• Block work and Plastering work Inspection
• Civil finishing work
• Quality and Quantity checking
• BOQ preparation and Billing
• Interior and External finishing work
• Flat Final Finishing, QC checking and Handing over to Client
