Openings For Corporate Head | QA | QC | Residential Buildings & Factories | 20 - 30 Years | Mumbai

Job Description:

• The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following: 
•  Head QA/QC Function of Residential Buildings & Factories Business based out of Mumbai and be responsible for the overall QA/QC organization, guiding the team of QA / QC Engineers at site in providing quality services to operations and facilitate in achieving benchmark performance. 
• Responsible to develop guidelines & procedures to ensure implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual and Contract requirement. 
• Responsible to develop guidelines & procedures to maintain in-house testing facility at site / Third party Lab and ensuring fitness of equipments for accuracy & purpose. 
• Responsible to identify, design and impart QMS Training Program & Induction for Staff to create awareness on Project Quality requirements.
• Conduct periodical Site Visits based, record Observations & monitor the closing of the same.
• Maintain the QMS at Cluster offices & HO as per ISO 9001 standards.
• Responsible to bring in best practices adopted in high rise construction and monitor & measure the improvements.
• Responsible to identify all legal requirements, facilitate compliance and monitor the compliance level. 
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers & consultants. 
• Monitor effective corrective action for Customer Complaints & NCR for continuous improvement and also the ageing of the same.
• Ensure Quality Motivational Program for Staff, Supervisors & Workmen.
