Job Description: 

• To carry out the day to day maintenance as well as project work simultaneously. 
• To undertake Repairs & Maintenance, preventive & shutdown maintenance and SAMACO in planned schedules 
• To carryout the project jobs independanly as per target and ensure safety 
• To assist in execution of projects, controlling, monitoring of projects ensuring quality and timline. 
• Ensure structure stability of civil structures and buildings 
• Site premises housekeeping, plant and colonies maintainance work. 
• Co-ordination with MIDC office for fire NOC, plan approval and temp monsoon shed approval 
• Monitoring & controlling quality of civil and painting work carried out in factory. 
• Co-ordination with Production Gate Keepers & Shift Incharges for Priority, Area availability for maintainance & Breakdown jobs to attend. 
• Contract mangement, vendor development etc. 
• To maintain regular contacts with Production to ensure maintainance of plant buildings. 
• To strictly adhere to general safety instructions and compliance with statutory regulations. 
• Requirements 
• Should have knowledge of structural and civil design for different industrial requirements and SAP Knowledge. 
• Should have knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing , carpentry , painting , A R tiling and structural fabrication work. 
• Should know the estimation , rate anyalasis of the civil items for project and big maintainance activities. 
• Should understand the BOQ and specifications for civil items. Should know the DC rules of MIDC for planning purpose. 
• Should have knowledge of INDIAN STD code of IS1200 for measurement work for certification of quantities executed by vendor. 
• Should understand the inward levels of drainages, elevation of road , plot and floor levels and reading of the civil drawings. 
• Should have knowledge of painting specifications and standards for chemical plant. 

Age:- 30 - 31 Years

Experience:- 5 - 8 Years

Qualification:- Degree in Civil Engineering. B. E. / B. Tech - Civil Engineering.
