Job Description:

• Speedy and on time processing of Vendors Bill, Final Bill with proper on site checking, verification, Documentation
• Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site-in-charge.
• Following the Bill Flow cycle.
• Taking out Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from Architectural Drawing to prepare Work Orders.
• Taking out Quantity of Vitrified Flooring, External Plaster, False Ceiling, Internal Plaster, BBS for Steel, Concrete of R.C.C. work, Block work, Plumbing work, Fabrication work, etc, for the purpose to order the material required accordingly. 
• Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills as per IS 1200 i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants and Material Invoices.
• Advance Adjustment: - Preparing Proforma Invoice & keeping the record of the same.
• Coordinating with site, Contracts, procurement Dept.
• Checking all the details on Bill i.e. Invoice No., Bill Date, Name & Address of service provider, Name & Address of service receiver, PAN No., Service Tax Registration No. & category, VAT registration (if applicable), Break up of Service Tax on Bill, Delivery Challan Slips in case of Labour + Material work, Value of Taxable Services, Amount of Taxes, Amount of Levies e.g. Octroi, Flight or Transportation etc., to stamp & signature of the authorized signatory of the vendor
• Maintaining Inward and Outward Register of Bill.
• Assuring each Bill is check from Quality points.
• Checking Contractors Bill in actual Site and Preparing the Joint Measurement Record.
• Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied to the contractor by Company and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
• Booking Bill in ERP system.
