We require civil engineers having Experience in Industrial construction, finishing works, epoxy flooring, false ceiling in Pharma / chemical building.
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in Chemical Engineering / Mech Engineering

Job Descr: To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following: • 5-7 yrs exp in Project detailing, planning, engineering, coordinating & scheduling with facility & equipment layouts, HVAC, Electrical & Lighting requirement, Modular Clean Room Panel, Piping, MTOs & layouts. Knowledge of Pharma GMPs & regulations. Completion of project within Budget. • Handling Pharmaceutical & Bulk Drug Industry Projects with Basic Design & Detail Engineering Coordination as per client’s requirements with Civil, Architect, Piping, Electrical and Procurement department, Accumulation of all data required for HVAC Heat Load Calculation. • good project engineering and scheduling experience with the main core activity of Detail Engineering with Facility Layout Preparation, Basic HVAC & AHU Zoning, Equipment Layout, Electrical & Lighting requirement, Modular Clean Room Panel Detailing & Designing good knowledge of Pharmaceutical GMPs and regulations. • Prepare Technical Bid Analysis (TBA) & Recommendations for utility, process and other mechanical equipments. • Track the activity of Detail Engineering Design and deliverables to client & contractors as per Project Schedule in MS Project. Proficiency in MS project is a must. • Doing Progress Calculation, Preparing Progress Report, Checking the activities completion as per Bar Chart • Preparing Concept Notes and Developing P&I Diagrams for utility systems like Fuel Oil (FO), Steam & Condensate, Cooling Water, chilled water, Compressed air etc. • Coordinating with other Engineering Disciplines like Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc. and also with Procurement / Vendors & Site. • Checking of Foundation Drawings, Piping Layout Drawings, Piping MTOs, Preparation of Line Lists, Valve Lists etc. • Preparation of Data Sheets, Drawings, Sketches etc. for special Parts. • Preparation of Tender Documents, Enquiry Specifications, Technical Comparisons / Recommendations etc. • Work allocation to Designers / CAD Draughtsman and Drawings Checking / Approval for piping, plant layout.
