1.Responsible for executing multi-storeyed commercial/office buildings.
2. Responsible for preparation of micro schedules with respect to master schedule.
3. Responsible for coordination between civil and services vendors.
4. Responsible for certification of contractors bills.
5. Responsible for Preparation of estimates, labour bills and rate analysis
6. Responsible for executing the project as per the contract/tender specs
7. Responsible for day to day work planning and quality monitoring.
8. Responsible for following safety practices at site.
9. Responsible for preparation of MIS reports related to day to day execution
