Architect -2 Vacancies

Responsibilities :

*Deliver drawings in quantity and quality in time.
*Development of written documentation and liaising with vendors, contractors and consultants.
*Development of detailed designs and project schedules.
*Supervising the work as it is carried out.

Requirements :

*Sound Architectural basics with minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed organization.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of construction detailing.

Interior Designer – Residential & Corporate -1 Vacancy

Responsibilities :

*Designing and planning of interior spaces.
*Developing detailed working and presentation drawings.
*Material selection, estimation and costing.
*Site visits whenever required.

Requirements :

*Minimum 3 years of experience in space planning.
*Exhaustive understanding of the design process from concept to completion.
*Must be adept and expert at using Autocad efficiently.
*Ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others.

Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor – 1 Vacancy

Responsibilities :

*Involve in managing daily site operation and resolve site issues
* Responsible of checking, monitoring and follow up to ensure works progress as planned and in accordance with the time lines.
* Prepare reports and documentations for project status reporting.

Requirements :

*The Candidate must possess at least 3 years of working experience with reputed firm in similar capacity
