Architect

Qualified (5years course) Architect with minimum 5 years of working experience as an architect with highly developed technical drawing skills & excellent interpersonal skills. High levels of creativity, imagination and vision. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Job Description

• He/she would be responsible for producing detailed workings, drawings & specification of building design
• Person should be able to do site analysis & observation of work during construction and able to
  co-ordinate with client/contractor.
• Should be able to deal with MEP consultants and able to manage site execution.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
• Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
• Prepare scale drawings & Plan layout of projects.
• Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
