1. Understand HVAC Drawing received from Planning Department.
2. Make Bar Chart & Project Schedule for the work & share it with PMC / Architect / Client.
3. Receive Material & issue it to Contractor.
4. Monitor Day to Day site issues & Plans.
5. Billing of the work carried & final work Certification.
6. Safety & EHS Control.
7. Quality check as per check list.
8. Handling over site with Satisfaction Letter.
9. Reconcilation of Material.
