Bluestream Infrastructure Development Consultants Private Limited (BIDC) is looking for a GIS Expert and AutoCADCivil Draftsman with 3 to 8 years industrial experience.

Designation: GIS Expert and AutoCAD Civil Draftsman, water and waste water
Department: Technical 
Qualification: 1. Diploma in GIS (preferred) or similar industrial exp (must) 2. ITI Draftsman (Preferred), 3. CivilEngineering (desirable) 
Relevant Experience: 3 to 8 years 
Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India
Reporting to: Project Manager, Water/Sewage Projects
Sector: Water Supply, Waste Water Treatment, Roads, Environment (Sector specific exposure in water sector of 3 years is must)

Essential Job Role
AutoCAD Requirement (must)
1. Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects
2. Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers
3. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software 
4. Work under the supervision of engineers or architects
5. Digitization and preparation of base map
6. Interaction with client
7. Drafting in infrastructure projects like Roads, water supply, sewerage & Storm
8. Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given water supply projects, components and devices.
9. Preparation of L-sections of pipe lines and roads
10. Preparation of detailed drawings related to water supply projects, wastewater treatment plants and roads

GIS Requirement (must)
1. Superposition of data received from field consumer survey on GIS map
2. Assigning coordinate system (geocoding, geo-fencing, etc.) to the project maps 
3. Running different queries and preparation of maps in printable formats.

Assistive/Desired Job Role
1. Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers
2. Compile data and drawing sheets
3. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
4. Data collection on site and validation
5. Team leader for CAD and GIS team

Leadership and Team Work
1. Manage a team of 4-5 draftsmen
2. Plan the work of 4-5 draftsmen
3. Training the trainee draftsmen
4. Ability to work in team and matching the speed of work in respect to design team
5. Coordinate with project managers for timely output
Profile of the candidate
1. Must have good knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and GIS. Preparation of all types of Drawing using AutoCAD. 
2. Software Skills: GIS, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, AutoCAD Civil 3D. Knowledge of hydraulic softwares is added an advantage
3. He or she should have minimum 3 years corporate experience.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS office is must
5. Knowledge of internet is must. 
6. Past professional industrial relevant experience is desired
7. Aptitude for learning new things and quick learner
8. Good communication skills
