- To execute action plan for development of Profitable sales to Projects, contractors, clients of UndergroundConstruction, large infrastructure, building or industrial projects.
- To develop understanding of decision making map of major customers and develop strong relations with key decision makers in customer organization
- To understand and promote Value added products to Customers and Value-added concrete to end-customers/influencers.
- To provide in-field technical support by helping customers in admixture selection, concrete mix design assistance, supervising value added concrete mixes, trouble-shooting at customers customer from time to time.
- To organize supplies of materials as per customers requirements in timely manner by follow-up with BASF supply chain and customers supply-chain team
- To follow-up on customers acceptance of supplied materials at QC and store functions in customer organization.
- To follow-up and collect o/s payments as per pre-agreed payment terms with customers and as directed by line-manager.
