1) Project Service Engineer 

Job description/ Mission 

2 x Boomer L2D and 7 x Meyco Potenza Shotcrete units from APCO Infratech Pvt Ltd. will be deployed at the Z-Morh Road Tunnel Project in Jammu & Kashmir.To support these 9 Capital Equipment ,Apco Infratech has signed Annual Maintenance Contract with Atlas Copco India Ltd for a period of 3 years.Job description 1. To work 'hands on’ in shifts as Shift Supervisor and deliver the guaranteed Availability KPIs2. To follow all maintenance guidelines and comply to Atlas Copco maintenance standards.3. To ensure all safety measures are followed by all team members4. To perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance as per the daily/weekly check lists .5. To identify and resolve issues on the equipment in a timely manner in order to reduce MTTR6. To work according to documented techniques/procedures/methods ensuring all SOPs are followed7. To contribute to improvements and changes and be an active member of Continuous improvement drive8. To attend all maintenance events on equipment viz. Preventative, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance9. Ensure proper recording of hours, equipment performance and service events10. Plan for spare parts well in advance together with maintenance planner to ensure parts are available for maintenance11. Management of PPEs and Tools required for the job12. Be an active team member in skill development and skills enhancement13. Participate in all technical and soft skill training courses14. Time keeping as per company rules and regulations

Knowledge/ Educational requirements 

Diploma in Engineering with over 5 years experience in the servicing of Mining /Construction Equipment.

We have finalised AMC with Patel Engineering Ltd. for repair and maintenance of 12 x Boomers L2D.These 12 Boomers will be used to excavate Railway Tunnels under Contract from IRCON in Jammu and Kashmir (Tunnel Package T2 and T15)Job description 1.
