Proven ability to analyze & solve technical & commercial issues during Contract Management / Execution. Site Management & People (Contractors / Vendors / Customers) Management

Manager - Construction

Job Description

Experience

: 10yrs / 7yrs hands on exp. at site in any construction company as departmental head at least

Qualification

: B.E / Diploma - Mechanical

Role Purpose

: Heading the dept/section/group of engineers & supervisors in mechanical erection works at site, coordination with client/erection supervisors from owner, maintaining drawings documentation of works for proper quality and quantity claims, regular progress reporting to reporting officer at Site / Head Office

Experience

: 1) 5-6 yrs hands on exp at site with Mech background
2) 4-5 yrs coordination exp from zonal office or head office (or) Complete 10 yrs experience in construction site in any Mech. Construction company

Qualification

: B.E / Diploma - Mechanical

Role Purpose

: Coordination with site/client, monitoring progress, complete handling Project schedules, appraising H.O. Project Management team about risks/progress/status (including financial status) attending progress review meetings with client, periodic touring to sites to review project progress.

Engineer (BTG)

Job Description

Role Title

: Engineer (BTG)

Experience

: 3-5 yrs Experience in heavy rotatory equipment in any mechanical construction industry

Qualification

: B.E / Diploma - Mechanical

Role Purpose

: Hands on experience with erection & fine alignment of heavy mechanical rotating equipments (preferably Boiler, Turbine & Generator), maintaining alignment/erection history sheet & records.

Manager - Piping

Job Description

: Manager - Piping

Experience

: 8+ years of experience

Qualification

: B.E - Mechanical/Metallurgy

Role Purpose

: Through experience in Piping area (Carbon & Alloy steel) in large capacity Thermal / Gas Power plants. Should be conversant with NDT, WPS etc
