Construction Project Manager | Vestas | Chennai

Responsibilities :

• Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. 

• Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project 

• Ensure all project PR and PO are released on time and subcontractors are finalized in the said time lime. Weekly monitor the procurement activities. 

• Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project. 

• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the Technology, 

• Sourcing. Transport, BOP, contractorsand sub-contractors. 

• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards 

• Handing over the project to Customer/ Customer services without any open points. 

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 

• PMP/PG in construction management will be added advantage 

• Min 10 years in EPC project 

 Qualifications:
