JOB DESCRIPTION

DESIGNATION/ TITLE - Sr. Principal/Principal   Engineer -Design

REPORTING TO - Chief Engineer

LOCATION - Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical:

• Design of high-rise towers/buildings of (25 storey +)

• He/She must have experience as a project manager on at least 10-15 projects

• Large commercial RC buildings
• Townships projects
• Exposure to design of industrial steel structures is desirable.
• 
  

The candidate must be an independent thinker with flair to learn new things quickly and fully updated on latest analysis and design technologies.

Managerial/Functional:

• Must possess leadership and communication skills to lead a design team.
• Must be highly result oriented.
• Must possess sound correspondence skills.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE - Min 12-15 years experience.

QUALIFICATION - B.E/B.Tech(Civil)/ M.E/M.Tech (Civil)

COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills:

• Exposure to design of industrial steel structures is desirable.
• Etabs, StaadPro, Planwin, Framewin.
• Design and Analytical Skills.
