JUNIOR ARCHITECT:

For this position we are looking for an architect who has had the opportunity to focus working through all stages of a project – from concept to construction documentation. The ideal
candidate should have a strong portfolio in design conceptualization as well as
detailing and should simultaneously have the capacity to develop the design
through detailed construction documents and construction administration.

Education: B.Arch
minimum,

Experience: 1-4
years

Duties and Key Skills will
include:

Assist Senior architects in developing
Conceptual designs and presentations for exterior as well as interior design.

Design coordination with consultants, clients and

contractors

prepare detailed construction drawings.

Have the ability to conduct Quality Control with respect

to documents.

Strong background in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Photoshop,

InDesign, 3D Max

Knowledge of REVIT is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Must be willing to handle some amounts of administrative duties.

Must be willing to travel
