The institute has built a highly specialized faculty. The institute is looking for suitable candidates for appointments as full times faculty for its campuses at pune, Goa , Hyderabad, Indore & Delhi

Areas of Specialization:

Construction Management:

Contracts & Claim Managements, Estimation and Quantity surveying, Environmental management systems, Integrated building management systems, Project Quality management, Safety Engineering (Electrical); HVAC.

Project Real Estate and Infrastructure Management:

Project Structuring , Integrated Building Management system, Contracts  Management, Project quality, Principles and practices in Real estate, Real estate development, Urban planning and design, Urban water and waste water management, Asset management of properties, Land and property management , Pipeline engineering system, port engineering and construction.

General Management:

Information technology, Microsoft Project and oracle primavera software, Estimation and risk management software, Managerial skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Assistant Professor Gr.III:  M.E/M.Tech./M.B.A./Equivalent

Assistant Professor Gr.II : M.E/M.Tech./M.B.A./Equivalent With minimum 2 years exp.Ph.D. Desirable

Assistant professor Gr.I: PH.D. with no exp. Or M.E., M.Tech,/M.B.A./Equivalent with minimum 4 years experience

Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 3 years exp.

Sr.Associate Professor : PhD. With minimum 6 years exp.

Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years experience.

Qualification experience may be relaxed in exceptional cases. Interested candidates should specify the preferred campus but should be willing to join any campus.

Candidates with Ph.D. Degree will be preferred for all the positions.
