·
Preparation and approval
of the Project Specific Quality Plans, QAP/ ITP.
·
Deployment of
Procedures / Work methods through orientation / mockups.
·
Promotion on awareness of
Customer Requirements & Product Quality thro’ Training programs for Staff.
·
Induction/ Pep-talk to
workmen.
·
Facilitate materials and
sample approvals from the clients/Consultants.
·
Conducting regular Quality
audits as per plan.
·
Establish quality
parameters for outsourced process & control.
·
Conduct inspection at
vendor premises.
·
Control of Non-conformance for effective corrective action and timely
disposal.
·
Organize and Conduct
Management Review Meeting.
·
Conduct lab trials as per
Mix design and seek approval.
·
Conduct routine tests on
Bulk material as per ITP and ensure conformance prior
to use.
·
Conducts material tests at
Third Party Lab and/ or at In-house testing facility as per ITP.
·
Control & monitor
equipment’s for Calibration.
·
Implement best practices
and measure improvements.
Desired
Skills and Experience
Qualification: Diploma (or) B.E
Discipline: Civil Engineering
Experience: 15 to 20 Years (Minimum)
Exposure: EPC Contracts, Construction of High-Rise Buildings, Commercial
& Residential Buildings and Office Spaces, RCC Works, Finishes, Pavement or
Road Works, Knowledge in International Standards etc.
Additional Qualification: Certified Lead / Internal
Auditor for Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
