Job Description: 

Assist Facilities Management in identifying and resolving facility deficiencies

Attending client request and complaints and always meeting the company SLA.

Identifying and resolving facility deficiencies includes determining whether building systems are operating appropriately.

Determining whether aesthetic appearances are acceptable and comply with standards.

Leading a MEP mobile team which includes an Electrician, Plumber, AC Technician and

Multi Skilled Technician.

Leading special assignments such as condition survey of MEP equipments, Annual Preventive Maintenance of MEP equipments and other tasks assigned by the superior / client.

Carried out general inspection, preventive maintenance inspections, repairs and all emergency repairs to MEP equipment including scheduling of all these works.

Attending client request and complaints and always meeting the company SLA.

Managing PPM report cards & test results

Preparing daily / weekly / monthly schedule & maintain the record.
