Job Description:

1. Preparing in-house proposals as per end-user Opex/Capex requirements
2. Preparing layouts as per end-user requirement for space clearance, walkthrough, LOD's, Security program and maintaining space matrix
3. Review of concessionaire design submissions
4. Achieve timely completion of commercial fit-out and other projects
5. Timely completion of Airport village and Extended plate commercial fit-out project
6. Support , review of design and providing inputs to airport expansion works
7. Implementation of quality management system for deliverables
8. Role specific capability building for self and team (wherever applicable)
