Experience Require - Commercial Projects, Industrial, Residential Projects.

Engineer / Sr Engineer (Plant)
Job Description:

1. Follow up the routine maintenance of the machines.
2. To maintain inventory of fast moving spares.
3. In case of breakdown, see to it that the problem is rectified immediately. 
4. To check the productivity of machine periodically by comparing with standard productivity standards.
5. Follow up and coordination with HO / RO for timely mobilization of machines.
6. Maintain records of maintenance and repairs cost
7. Take appropriate action wherever productivity is not satisfactory
8. Gather the data from the logbook, maintenance book, stores and ISO format.
9. Compare and analyses the data with the operation standards of the machines.
10. Provide suggestions to the planning department at site in forms of reducing the cost improve the performance and profit.
11. Provide the data to the plant department for future tenders.
12. Documentation. 
13. To appoint qualified operators, drivers, and mechanics.
14. To maintain Site Equipment Muster.
15. To provide monthly report to the HO on the physical verification and performance of the machine / equipment
16. Familiarize and follow ISO procedures and documentation.
17. Be an ISO auditee.
18. Close all NCs / Observations.

1. SAP experience
2. Understand PMV O&M terminology
3. Able to communicate his requirement and deliverables
4. Equipment movement regular update in SAP
5. MO daily order tracking in SAP
