Job Description:

1. Implementation of Quality System at Project
2. Assisting Project QC In charge in setting of site laboratory for testing various construction materials
3. Testing of product (concrete, asphalt, soil, etc.) as per test plans and inspect the construction material received at site
4. calibration of laboratory equipment and plant as per Project Quality plan.
5. Collect samples of incoming/in-process/final raw/construction material for testing in lab
6. Check/test/inspect incoming/in-process/final raw/construction material as per test plans 
7. Co-ordinates with stores team to plan inspection & testing of raw materials Interacts with client / consultants regarding material selection / testing and approval
8. Inspection of field activities as per approved inspection plans before start of any activity and give clearance after all observations are complied
9. Conducting lab trials for finalizing mix design for concrete and asphalt mixes
10. Controlling the production of concrete, asphalt at plants to achieve desired results
11. Obtaining clearances of raw material, pour card from clients/ consultants and making reports
12. Reporting to the relevant discipline manager regarding the performance of QA activities
13. Interaction with client / consultants regarding material selection / testing / mix design and approval
14. Documentations / Records
15. Maintaining Lab / Field test reports, statistical records and documentation of testing processes
