Job Description:

1. Planning and execution of techno-commercial proposals for current and future tenders Preparation of tender synopsis and responsibility matrix
2. Assisting to project manager in various aspects 
3. Issue of RFQ for subcontractors, coordination with various disciplines.
4. Aligning project work scope with company structured WBS 
5. Updating project status ( like daily progress, work orders, sub-contractors bills) in ERP module 
6. Project planning using primavera P6 and Microsoft project 2010- important
7. Studying concession agreement clauses. 
8. Preparing of mobilization plan &organization chat.
9. Preparation of monthly weekly annual backlog and recovery schedule, rate analysis & comparing with the actual R A bill flow, monthly and annual budgeting & cash flow of project
10. Preparation of daily report, analysis with our bar chart, Client correspondence ( mails & letters ) maintaining, Preparing MIS report (management information system) for every month and years. 
11. Preparation of project delay reports and submitting the proper reason document and to get EOT for avoids the fine ( extension of time ) 
12. Updating the total documentation and facing the ISO and other internal audits 
13. Conducting of weekly & monthly review meeting for explaining about the mile stone activities & gather the actual site condition. 
14. Analysing of client bill, sub-contractor bill with consumption of material & site overheads 
15. Experience in preparation of variation orders, weekly & Monthly progress report, Preparing work orders of sub-contractors 
16. Reconciliation of major items like cement, steel, aggregate , sand, & pipes 
17. Maintenance of site document, drawings, specification and other construction records etc. 
18. Experienced in calculating FRLs according to the ongoing layers and giving to the site engineer for execution of work. 
19. Monitoring the process of request for inspection of the work at the site and recording the approved quantities for the billing
