Job Description:
1. To liaise and coordinate with concerned Government Departments and authorities like Urban Development, Revenue, Municipal bodies, local planning authorities, T&CP, Railway, Secretariat, etc relating land and building development permission.
2. To liaise with Chief Town Planner, Sub-Registrar, Panchayat & local public for other utilities related to project execution.
3. To coordinate with Local Liaison Architect, Local Consultants and all concerned and provide inputs to HO with regard to local regulations including proper interpretation of the same, innovative but compliant practices of the local builders which can be emulated in our project etc.
4. To assist the Head of Liaison and the HO Team with useful local liaison inputs, in arriving at suitable solutions for Liaison / regulatory cum design induced issues.
5. To guide and interact with Architecture and Liaison Team based at RCP in order to create a design brief which is compliant / take advantage of all regulations in force and in immediate pipeline, complaint design development drawings, approval purpose drawings and GFCs.
6. To Check the Approval purpose drawings, reports, filled-up forms etc., from compliance perspective and submit the same in a manner that there is no delay in getting the necessary NOCs / Approved Plans.
7. To coordinate with all concerned and make sure to submit the approval purpose plans / reports / applications forms, etc., on time and in a manner stipulated / expected by the concerned authorities.
Post Approval Stage
1. To check the advance copies of drawings for compliance before releasing to site construction team for study.
2. To check the GFCs for incorporation of the agreed changes and for regulatory compliance, before releasing to site.
3. To follow-up / track with HO for necessary changes in drawings, in view of suggestions from site team due to site conditions / construction constraints / costs saving alternatives etc., if any and also from Compliance Non-conformities.
4. To make sure that all works on the site are carried out based on drawings / designs issued/approved by HO. In cases certain works are carried out as initiated by site with prior approval from project head, then he need to arrange to create as built drawings for the purpose of future records and processing of bills, etc.
General
5. To meet, manage and handle queries / clarifications and letters from various authorities at city / state level, in consultation / coordination / decision from Business head and HO Liaison team. With regard to central Govt. level clearance, needs to provide necessary support to Business Head and HO Liaison team and such work as delegated.
6. To submit detailed informative reports on weekly basis to update management on all aspects of the Architecture & Liaison activities at Pan India Location.
7. To be involved with all local Govt. Authorities influencing / affecting the project, tract and resolve the same in consultation with Business Head, as necessary.
8. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
9. To collate & ensure timely submission of the MIS Report in the format prescribed by management on monthly basis
