Project Engineer- Mechanical Design 

Job Description:

1. Has an experience in sheet metals components
2. Has knowledge of manufacturing process
3. Check and review the drawings in order to maintain the quality.
4. Proficient in 3D software like Inventor and 2D software e.g AutoCAD 
5. Manage the resources for the tasks and also prioritise the tasks as per the delivery dates
6. Develop the resources for RAF (technical training of day-to- day tasks)
7. Mange the delivery date, lead time and quality of the tasks ( As RAF focuses on delivery time, Quality and Delivery Performance)
8. Has ability to multitask
9. Has ability to understand the importance of processes (best practices), follow the processes rigorously and motivate others to do the same
10. Has ability to work with external vendors (outsource the task)
11. Has prior experience in process improvement will be preferred.
12. 5 to 7 years experience B. E. Mechanical,
13. 10 to 12 years experience , Diploma in Mechanical
14. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet the RAF goals (Lead time, Quality and Delivery Performance)
15. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, external vendors and other employees.
