Job Description:

1. This position requires a proactive planner with sufficient knowledge in Project Management Process in order to coordinate with Contractor/ stakeholders for Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting.
2. Responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions of Project Management: Planning, scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting
3. Expertise in creating/ scheduling projects using Project Management Tools (Primavera) and regular monitoring of progress against a baseline.
4. Able to identify, monitor, understand risks and issues. Mitigate and minimize threats and maximize opportunities.
5. Adhere to an effective project review process to help project achieve a successful outcome.
6. Communicate effectively within the team and all stakeholders.
7. Review the contractor project management documents submissions
8. Collection of information and upkeep of records for Management reporting and contractual purposes
