Requirement in KPTL Infra (Oil & Gas Pipeline) Business Unit, we undertake EPC contracting for cross-country pipelines, terminals, Plant pipeline projects and gas gathering stations for oil and gas sector across diverse territories. We have successfully constructed and commissioned more than 3,200 km cross country pipelines over 80 intermediate stations, so far & we continue to grow in line with KPTL’s vision “to be the foremost global player in all the business verticals we operate in”.

Job Description:

1. Review of Tender and Highland Contractual Rules
2. Preparation and application of Extension of time 
3. Preparation of Extension of time - claim Management 
4. Coordination with sites for tracking of correspondence 
5. Contact Management for multiple projects 
6. Analysis Contract Terms and Conditions and Preparing Various Claim 
7. Maintenance of Correspondence Records 
8. Support in Arbitration and conclusion Proceedings 
9. Drafting & Interpretation of Contracts
10. Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard form of Contracts 
11. Rotational Approach / Pence of Reasoning
12. Up-to-date Knowledge on Contract Management and Case studies 
13. Claim Identification, valuation and Timely submissions
14. Adherence to Contract Conditions and Interpretations of Clauses 
15. Maintenance of correspondence Records 
16. Support In Arbitration and Conclusion Proceeding 
17. Drafting and Interpretation contracts 
18. Knowledge of FIDIC and others Standards forms of Contracts 
19. Rational approach / Sense of Reasoning 
20. Up-to-date Knowledge on Contract Management and Case studies 
21. BE/ B-Tech- Civil Engineering + NICMAR / LLB Would be added an Advantages
