Requirement for Manager - Maintenance | SDFCL | 10 - 15 yrs | Baroda

Requirement in SDFCL has 20,000 sq mts of manufacturing facilities, for producing a large range of chemicals which comprises of basic chemicals for synthesis, high purity analytical reagents, HPLC solvents, pesticide residue solvents, Pharmacopoeia chemicals and other rare / research / specialty chemicals.

Job Description:

1. BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 
2. Having 10 - 15 yrs of Exp in Maintenance dept of Reputed chemical Company 
3. Knowledge of Installation / Maintenance of Various plant equipment like SS/ Glass Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Tanks, Columns, Pumps, Agitators, Thermionic fluid Heater, ETP, Compressor, AHU, Chilling Plant Etc
4. Leading a team of 10 people to Maintain the entire plant 
5. Planning and follow up of Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance Schedules 
6. Procurement of new machines 
7. procurement of spares and inventory control 
8. Supervision of contractors for mechanical, electrical and civil work etc
9. Statutory requirement such as boiler inspection, electrical Inspection, pollution Control, Pressure Vessel Testing, Calibration of Instruments.
10. Finalization of AMC for equipment 
11. Knowledge of ISO-9001 Documentation is Essential
