Job Description:

1. Hands on experience in different composite parts manufacturing projects ( HLU, VARIM,HPRTM,Autoclave, Oven etc).
2. Adequate exposure in composite projects from material preparation to dispatch activities.
3. Good knowledge of composite materials, applications, painting related processes..
4. Ensure expected Quantity Per shift/week/month.
5. Oversee all production activities and mentor working team.
6. Ensure proper shift schedule is planned to meet production targets. 
7. Ensure People are trained enough. Ensure People have understood Instructions, Practices, and Customer Expectations.
8. Ensure In-process Inspection, Process Checks (contour templates, check lists etc.) is being done in prescribed manner and at the right time.
9. Ensure adherence to KPIs (as prescribed for Throughput, Quality levels etc.)
10. Ensure that expected Quality level of Output is met (As per Print and Specs & De-burred Parts etc.)
11. Participate in continual improvement projects and motivate team members to participate
12. Ensure moulds maintenance at defined frequency
13. Ensure Resin, vacuum pumps and RTM etc regular maintenance 
14. Accountable for delivering to quality, cost and time
