Job Description:

  1. Business Planning and Strategy development for Organisation
  2. Organize and manage reviews of business by the top management 
  3. Supporting Policy Advocacy efforts of top management
  4. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the identified/assigned depts, budgeting, revenue expenditure analysis
  5. Support preparation of reports/analyses/business cases related to business requirements
  6. Preparation of collaterals, ppts, notes for management for use in various internal/external forums for policy advocacy and other requirements
  7. Eng + MBA graduate with 4-6 Yrs of exp
  8. 360 degree view of Business acumen
  9. General management skills
  10. Business awareness
  11. Experience in strategy planning, business strategy, Business development for conglomerates
  12. Decision making skills
  13. Financial modelling skills
  14. Ability to confidently and seamlessly work with senior leadership from across organization
