Job Description:

1. Preparation and monitoring of resource and cost loaded contract programmers 
2. Developing & Implementing Progress Measurement System
3. Ensuring that various elements of the project are properly coordinated.
4. Conducting co-ordination meeting with contractors/ Vendors/ consultants/ agencies. Constraints and communicating commitment/ Plan to them. Understanding concerns of External stakeholders/ customers and preparing necessary action plan.
5. Forecasting and monitoring overall and interim budget plans, deployment of resources
6. Preparation and monitoring of engineering & procurement schedules, long lead items schedule and short term and long term look ahead schedules for execution teams,
7. Review and monitoring of subcontractor performance.
8. Identifying and highlighting the constraints regarding ongoing construction before they become critical.
9. Monitoring required vs. available resources i.e. Man, Material and Machinery of the contractor and analyzing their efficiency. 
10. Preparing and reporting progress, future action plan/ strategies to the management.
