Job Description:

1. Any Graduate UG/PG - Full time &First Class Mandatory
2. Experience 10-20 yrs. experience in Constructions project stores activities
3. Competencies / Skill Set desired below: 
4. Should be able to handle the entire stores function of Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS
5. Candidates should possess professional experience in handling inventory management and various stores function at projects of reputed construction companies
6. Local Material procurement / bulk amount purchase depending on requirement
7. Monthly reconciliation of stock / Physical stock verification /
8. Coordinating with all Depts. on Material requirements. Forecast, budget and arrange for materials on time. 
9. Dealing with dept staff and Sub-contractors on daily issues and receipts 
10. Scrape Management & disposal
11. SAP knowledge essential
12. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India
