Job Description:

1. Looking to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise our construction projects from start to finish.
2. Should organize and oversee construction procedures, develop good procedures, and ensure that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate and guide a team of professional of different disciplines to achieve the best result.
4. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, and great organizational and communication skills.
5. The goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, according to requirement, of top quality, without exceeding budget.
6. Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
7. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
8. Obtain permits and licences from appropriate authorities
9. Determine needed resources (equipment, materials etc.) from start to finish with keeping in view budgetary limitations
10. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
11. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequencies
12. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
13. Supervise the work of engineers, labour, contractors, etc and give them guidance when needed
14. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
15. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
16. Maintain good reporting structures and systems to keep management suitably informed
17. Set-up good construction practices and systems, and maintain good existing systems
