Job Description:

1. Studying Contracts appreciation documents
2. Very Strong in Contractual Letter Drafting 
3. Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
4. Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts 
5. Delay analysis
6. Dispute resolution through amicable settlement,
7. Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites 
8. Candidate should have exp. in Megha Construction Projects 
9. Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract
