Job Description:

1. Preparing the Base Line Schedule for level 1 / 2 / 3 & 4 network for project execution identifying all slack
2. periods, critical path and critical activities
3. Preparing Document Control Register & Procurement Register for Projects with Criticality >1, update of
4. Document register, Procurement register , SAS progress or construction register
5. Developing Base Line and detailed Schedule with detail engineering , procurement and construction activities
6. for all discipline & its Approval from the Consultant / Client wherever applicable
7. Issue update on baseline schedule , analyze the schedule updates for variances and development of critical
8. path including % progress variance and progress curves
9. Progress meetings with Lead Engineers and Project Management on monthly basis, Schedule and Reporting
10. update, Interface meetings with Project Team, Preparation of schedule and Progress Report.
11. Monitoring the Output of Site Administration System/ Welding Supervision Documentation System and
12. analysis of the same & its update
13. Analyze Critical Path continuously in order to identify critical areas for the project and provides mitigating
14. solutions.
15. Maintaining records for Delay analysis and developing Delay analysis identifying areas of delays especially in
16. respect of 3rd Party Projects.
17. Issue of Project Key Quantity Indicators, monthly discipline reports, Material Take Off, Resource allocation &
18. planning, Discipline Weightage determination, Risk Analysis.

46. Basic Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation Construction
47. Ability to develop Base schedule for commissioning & Hand over system(HOS)
48. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Linde Safety Policies
49. Required qualifications/experience
50. Engineering degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field having
51. Has worked at construction site for at least 2 years
