Job Description:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
2. Proven working experience in construction management, preferably in high rise structures
3. Working Experience in shear wall technology is an added advantage for this position
4. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
5. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and
6. safety regulations
7. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
8. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
9. Meet contractual conditions of performance
10. Review the work progress on daily basis
11. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status
12. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
13. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
14. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
15. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,
16. regulations and quality standards
17. Understanding of all facets of the construction process
18. Familiarity with construction management software packages
19. Competent in conflict and crisis management
20. Leadership and human resources management skills
21. Excellent time and project management skills

26. We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan, construct projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for Planning, resource management, budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling the projects.
